I love Lacey.
Lacey Loves to Read is an annual community reading initiative designed to generate the discussion and celebration of a notable author. But in Lacey, WA, the owners of a 100-unit property have been busy reading over their loan docs and that's generated a lot of excitement. They're ecstatic with their recent 3Max financing with PNC ARCS' San Francisco office. They received $3.5 million for a 10 year term/30 year amortization at a fixed rate of 5.59%.

The village choice.
It may take a village to raise a child, but in Valley Village, CA, all it takes to get financing for multifamily property owners is a call to PNC ARCS' Calabasas Hills office, Valley Village's lender of choice. The owners of two properties with a combined total of 64 units there recently received a total of $11.889 million for a 7 year term/30 year amortization at a fixed rate of 5.515%. The loans will be paid Interest Only for the first 3 years.

Senior security.
Following Hurricane Katrina, the Army Corps of Engineers began a systematic assessment of flood control structures throughout the US, including the Santa Maria River Levee in Santa Maria, CA. But while the entire city awaits its fortification to withstand a 100-year flood, the owners of a 125-unit senior housing property in Santa Maria has already found financial security. They recently called PNC ARCS' Bend office and received $5.299 million for a 10 year term/30 year amortization at a fixed rate of 5.62%. The loan will be repaid Interest Only for the first 5 years.

Beauty contest.
Officials in Fontana, CA are now accepting applications for the 2008 Miss Fontana Pageant. But for the owners of a 56-unit property there, selecting a lender for their recent financing was more than a beauty contest. They wanted the best rate, best terms and an experienced lender they could trust. They called PNC ARCS' Calabasas Hills office and received $3.762 million for a 10 year term/30 year amortization at a fixed rate of 5.85%.
