Beauty contest.
Officials in Fontana, CA are now accepting applications for the 2008 Miss Fontana Pageant. But for the owners of a 56-unit property there, selecting a lender for their recent financing was more than a beauty contest. They wanted the best rate, best terms and an experienced lender they could trust. They called PNC ARCS' Calabasas Hills office and received $3.762 million for a 10 year term/30 year amortization at a fixed rate of 5.85%.
